Tuna's Smooth Mini Chinchi Hexing Base

Notes:

• a smooth, no-grow mini chinchi hexing base. i feel like it looks a little odd whilst entirely plain, BUT once adorned it has plenty of potential for all of your small, cute hexing needs (see example photo of my fairy chinchis). i tend to remove many of the outlines (or at least make them lighter) when using this base, but for the sake of normalcy i put them back and made them black.
