Upload Etiquette
We aim to maintain a respectful and considerate space here on DoPP to honor the creators that have built our community, and part of that is asking that you reflect this same thoughtfulness when uploading content.
By uploading content, we anticipate that you are agreeing to take primary responsibility for maintaining your submission(s)! This includes ensuring that:
- The download is functional.
- You've included all important and relevant information to the download.
- The accompanying photographs appropriately represent the content.
General Guidelines
- You are welcome to upload your own content here if you wish!
- However, please do not reupload content from PC members who are currently active and hosting their work on their own sites.
- The only exception to the above rule is if you have received explicit permission from the original creator to share their content here. However, even in these cases, we strongly encourage creators to upload their own work directly so they retain full control over updates and edits.
- If you are unsure whether a creator is currently active, it's best to err on the side of caution and check in with the community before uploading their work.
- At this time, we consider ~5 years of inactivity to be reasonable grounds for preserving a creator's content here on DoPP.
- The creators name and the name of the download in the title.
- Whether the file is OW/Non-OW, if applicable, in the title.
- The game version(s), if applicable, in the title.
- Providing a clear image that accurately represents the content. Recommended dimensions are 210x210px (this allows for a 5px bleed all around the image).
- If you’d like to include the original creator’s graphics for preservation purposes, we recommend uploading them as additional images rather than setting them as the default if the original graphic doesn’t align well with the site’s layout.

Please utilize the tagging system! Recommended tags are:
- Original source– creator's name, and if applicable, site name.
- Game version(s).
- OW/Non-OW, if applicable.
- Type of content (e.g., if the download is a bow, tag it as “bow”)
- Common and relevant community lingo (e.g "dali" on a Dalmatian OW)
To help keep DoPP streamlined and easy to navigate, we aim to house all versions of a file under a single submission. For example, if a file has versions for P3, P4, and P5, we encourage packaging them together in one upload. This makes browsing more efficient and ensures all related content stays connected in one place.
Here's what to do if you alter a file that has already been uploaded:
- Package your version appropriately into a folder, including an relevant files such as textures or read-me's.
- Title the folder clearly so the contents are easily distinguishable from other versions, for example: “Toto’s Halfie Calico – Converted by [Your Name] for [Game Version]”
- Contact the original uploader with your version, including any information you'd like included in the description.
If you cannot contact the original uploader you may contact the following people:
- Celia: defvenom on Discord (quickest) or purpleisfood@gmail.com
- Harry: kingharyyy on Discord
- Hash: billywix on Discord They will update the listing for you.
Upload Form
- Original Creator:
- Game Version: (P3/P4/P5/Unibreed)
- OW/Non-OW:
Please include any relevant rules associated with the content. This may include:
- Whether the file can be converted to other game versions
- Whether recoloring is permitted.
- If new shelf images or editing internal adjectives is permitted. This is largely applicable to content with active creators rather than old, abandoned content.
Please include the best way to contact you in case someone modifies the file (e.g., converting it to P5) and would like to have their version included in your submission.
