just know that my life can be hectic and on some days i may have little to no free time, and that our timezones and schedules may vary greatly. please have some patience with me, but i will make sure i am able to finish my promise for you :,)
for the sake of brevity, i have grouped most wishes into one. i'm not picky at all, (especially for hexes that are listed as "created by anyone") though i will may ask for custom colours if the hex file allows for it.
(note: this is more of a preference than a requirement, but for a-reg petz, i prefer files that have moving tails)
